ASO歷史

1999年7月，當時的三大區域互聯網註冊管理機構（分別爲APNIC、ARIN，及RIPE NCC）聯名提交了以諒解備忘錄爲依歸成立ASO的議案，允許ASO作爲NRO延伸組織的誕生。
