Colin Campbell is the Founding Director of CIRA (1998), and a former Director of CAIP.[1] He also founded Tucows in 1998, and founded Hostopia in 2000. He acted as Hostopia's CEO until 2011, guiding it through its sale to Deluxe in 2008. The sale was a $124 million dollar deal.[2][3]
