NRO肩負ICANN數字地址支配組織或 ASO的部份功能，並透過ASO角色為ICANN提供IP位址的政策建議。數字資源組織（NRO）

組織架構

NRO是分別由三個組織組成，包括行政會議，網絡數字理事會和秘書處。

行政會議

每年，NRO的行政會議是由每區的互聯網註冊管理機構(RIRs)行政總裁輪流擔任。

秘書: Oscar Robles, LACNIC
財務長: John Curran, ARIN
會員: Alan Barrett, AFRINIC
會員: Paul Wilson, APNIC
