Bill Woodcock is the executive director of Packet Clearing House, and the chairman of the board of Quad9. His principal field of work is Internet infrastructure operations and security, including core DNS infrastructure operations. Bill lives with his wife (Audrey Plonk, head of the OECD's digital directorate) and daughters in Paris. Outside of the Internet, he's active in electric motorsports.
