I am from Albania, living in Tirana Since, 2007 i am working in Governmental Institutions as: 2007 - 2008 - Ministry of Defense as ICT Expert for Network Infrastructure 2008 - 2013 Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy as Head of ICT/ICT Expert 2013 - 2017 Ministry of Energy and Industry as ICT Expert/ cybersecurity Expert 2017 - actually, Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy as Head of Policies and Strategies Development for Telecommunication and Post Since 2015, I am engaged and contributor for Internet Governance, cybersecurity, Internet process development and Internet Ecosystem.
