Early life and education He was born in Thiruthuraipoondi, Thiruvarur District Tamil Nadu, India, in a Tamil family to Murugaiyan and Theivanai. He spent his childhood in Hosur. His father was a Govenment Employee in TNHB. Selva grew up in a two-room apartment on TNHB Colony Street, 7th Avenue, in Hosur. Selva completed his Class X at Sri V.D.S jain Hr.Sec.School, Thiruvannamalai and completed the Class XII from VDS Jain school located in the THiruvannamalai.Selva earned his degree from Allagappa University in Bachelor Of Computer Science. He holds an LLB SV University in Bachleor of Law and a MBA from the Madras Univesity of Chennai, where he was named a Multi Faceted person, respectively.
