T B Dinesh is the Technical Director of Janastu (see j.mp/janastu-servelots) and has been working as a computer science researcher helping develop open source products for the needs of the social sector in Bangalore, India for almost two decades.
Lately, Dinesh and group have found Web Annotations as the game changing technology for many of their engagements such as the renarration web to address content accessibility for low-literate billion emerging users and for the needs of storytelling from archives.
Dinesh participated, as an invited expert, in the W3C Web Annotation working group.
