Dr. V. C. Vivekanandan is the Director of the Legal Information Institute of India and Professor and Head National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) Proximate Education, University of Law at Hyderabad. He also serves as IP Chair Professor of the Ministry of Human Resources Information and Adjunct Visiting Professor at the University of Buffalo Business School in New York. He is a member of the Nominating Committee (NomCom) of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers until the expiration of his term in 2012.[1]
