Veronica Cretu is currently the President of the Training Center "CMB", and also an International Expert within the Critical Thinking Program at the Open Society Institute in New York. CMB Training Center, which is a Romanian acronym for “The Best”, is an NGO looking to promote innovations in Management, Communication and Business. [1]

She was also selected by the ISOC Ambassadors to participate in IGF@Rio Fellowship Program and represent her community of Internet users.[2]

From May 2007 until 2008, she was a member of ICANN's ALAC.

Previous Professional Experiences

  • 2003, she coordinated a project supported by the US Embassy on "Creating Job Opportunities for Women in Moldova"
  • 2003-2006, involved a project called "Developing Critical Thinking and Career Planning Skills"
  • 2005, taught “Creating a Sustainable Informational Framework in the Field of Social Protection and Labor Rights" [3]
