Victor Ciza is the owner of Afriregister Limited, a domain registration company from Burundi.[1] He has also been an African ccNSO councillor. [2] Ciza is currently involved in internet governance forums within Burundi and participating in regional IGF meetings.[3] He has been a member of AfTLD Executive Committee since its inception up until 2009;[4] and has also been involved as a member of ICANN, ccNSO, ISOC, ISOC Burundi, AfriNIC, PROMOTIC, EAIGF and represents both Burundi and Africa in the different international events and meetings held by these organizations.
