Victor Ciza is the owner of AFRIREGISTER, a domain registration company from Burundi.[1] He has also been serving as an African ccNSO councillor. [2] Ciza is currently involved in internet governance forums within Burundi and participating in regional IGF meetings. [3]. He has been a member of AfTLD Executive Committee since 2006. [4] He is also a membner of ICANN , ccNSO, ISOC, ISOC Burundi, AFRINIC, PROMOTIC, EAIGF and represents both Burundi and Africa in the different international events and meetings held by these organizations.
