Vika Mpisane was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the .za Domain Name Authority[1], .ZADNA[2], which is the country code Top Level Domain (ccTLD) Manager for South Africa. [3]
Mr. Mpisane's experience in policy development includes work in areas such as trade and industry, economic policy, labour, education, development and ICT development. In addition to his role at .za DNA, Vika has been a member & Treasurer of the Executive Committee of African Top Level Domains (AfTLD) since June 2006. He was elected into the ccNSO Council; his term commenced in March 2009 and ended in March 2012, though he was confirmed for a second term and continues to serve, now until March 2015.[4]
