Vincent (WS) Chen is a Board Member of TWNIC and APTLD. He is also an Associate Professor at Department of Information Management of National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology.
Mr. Chen also serves as a member of TWNIC International Affairs Committee.
He has served in various position at the Computer Center and Ministry of Education as well as NKFUST. Prof. Chen has been the main advocate for Taiwan BITnet and TANet. He also taught as an Adjunct Associate Professor for the Graduate Institute of Information Communications, Shih Hsin University.
He has worked at IPv6 Taiwan.[1]
