WHOIS PRIVACY Group or WHOIS PRIVACY .FED.REP.BR is a Brazilian company, headquartered in the small town of Bambuí, in the state of Minas Gerais, which offers .br domain registration, Trustee, private WHOIS, legal advice for .br domain holders, acquisition of .br domains from high value, rare and old, registration and advice on trademarks, patents, software, cyber-security and copyright.
The WHOIS Privacy Group currently provides services to a famous group of registries and registrars in the United Kingdom, which has a branch in Brazil.
Customer Migration
In recent years, the WHOIS PRIVACY Group has welcomed customers who have migrated from other registrars to its registration platform.
In 2020, with the overvaluation of the dollar and the drop in the valuation of currencies such as the Real (Brazil), Argentine Peso (Argentina) and Guarani (Paraguay), several new gTLD domains became expensive.
A small domain reseller, using the infrastructure of an American registrar, had more than 35 customers using .Web domains, but due to fluctuation and increase in the renewal value of Radix's .Web domains, more than 35 customers were transferred to WHOIS PRIVACY Group.
WHOIS PRIVACY Group offered more than 35 customers from another registrar who used .Website domains, 3rd level domains under free .Siteswebs.com and an additional R $ 500.00 advertising bonus on Google. Customers accepted and migrated to WHOIS PRIVACY Group.
Many domains, such as DomainName.Website, have been exchanged for DomainName.Siteswebs.com with bonuses for advertising on Google.
The WHOIS PRIVACY Group itself has changed its official website to http://www.whoisprivacy.siteswebs.com.
WHOIS PRIVACY Registry vs. WHOIS PRIVACY Registrar
WHOIS PRIVACY Registry, is the division of the WHOIS PRIVACY Group, responsible for offering domain registration in an open SLD.
Currently the WHOIS PRIVACY Registry has started to operate the .Siteswebs.com domain suffix, which was well accepted in Latin America, as a very advantageous alternative to the Radix .Website.
In 2021, WHOIS PRIVACY Regitry started small partnerships in Latin America, to offer small domain registrars the open registration of .Siteswebs.com with advertising bonuses on Google for those who register a .siteswebs.com domain or migrate their domain to. website for .siteswebs.com.
WHOIS PRIVACY Registrar, is responsible for registering .br domains for large, medium and small foreign companies, who want to do business in Brazil, but do not have Brazilian documentation.
