Shen Yang or 沈阳 is the Director of Guangming Daily(www.gmw.cn). He has been writing and reporting stories about ICANN for a long time. Meetings he attended and wrote about include but not limited to ISOC, APNIC, APTLD, APRICO, IETF and CDNC.
SHEN is also the Chief Editor of <China's Domain Economy (2002-2004 version)> and <China's Domain Economy (2004-2013 version)>.[1]
