Yuyuqui Loqui has a bachelor's degree in Networks from the Escuela Politécnica del Litoral del Ecuador(ESPOL) and works as an IT consultant with technical training on Ipv6, DNS and Servers Management she is also a founding member of the Ecuadorian internet users community Internauta attending regularly to ICANN and LACNIC meetings and involved in governance, privacy and Internet neutrality.
