Mr. Muscovitch is the principal partner at The Muscovitch Law Firm.[4] He regularly blogs on DNattorney.com In 2010, he ran for an election for a seat in the CIRA board, [5][6] however, he was not elected.
He is considered Canada's leading domain name lawyer, having worked on more cases than any other lawyer in Canada.[7] He led the UDRP Panel, alongside Chef Patrick at T.R.A.F.F.I.C. in 2010.[8]
