Zak Muscovitch is a Domain Name Lawyer. He has been practising domain name law for over a decade. He represents both domain name registrants and trademark owners in connection with Domain Name Disputes.

Legal Career

Mr. Muscovitch is the principal partner at The Muscovitch Law Firm, and the founder of DNattorney.com; he founded the site in 1999. He has won historic and notable cases against Molson, Google, and Li Ka Shing, who is consistently ranked as one of the top 20 richest people in the world.

He is considered Canada's leading domain name lawyer, having worked on more cases than any other lawyer in Canada. In 2010, he ran for an election for a seat in the CIRA board, however, he was not elected. Mr. Muscovitch led the UDRP Panel, alongside Chef Patrick, at T.R.A.F.F.I.C. in 2010.

Zak Muscovitch has recently started a new side project, a blog featuring reviews of the buffet style restaurants that he avidly seeks out.

Education

He holds LLB from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School.
