Carlos Afonso
Carlos is a member of the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee (CGIbr), the .br governance organization in Brazil, and the chair of NCUC.
He is also planning director of Rits (Information Network for the Third Sector), a Brazilian NGO based in Rio, dedicated to public policy monitoring on ICTs, implementation of digital inclusion projects, and provision of Internet services to other non-profit organizations worldwide.
