Hiram Melendez
Hiram is an Associate Professor at the University of Puerto Rico Law School (Escuela De Derecho) in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He teaches Constitutional, Administrative Law as well as Cyberlaw and several seminars on the Constituion in Cyberspace and Privacy and Technology. Hiram is also the Director and founder of the University of Puerto Rico Law School's Cyberlaw Clinic (cyberclinic.pr). He is currently part of the Creative Commons Puerto Rico legal team (creativecommons.pr)
