Jay Westerdal
Jay Westerdal, CEO and President of Name Intelligence is a Puget Sound native and a computer science graduate of Central Washington University. Before founding Name Intelligence, Jay was the domain manager at Interland (now web.com). Westerdal combined his business and technical expertise to found Name Intelligence, purveyor of the premier domain-related tool set DomainTools--which offers tools such as NameSpinner, Registrant Alert, Mark Alert, and Reverse IP. In 2004, Name Intelligence teamed up with Ray King, who was the formerly the CEO of SnapNames to start AboutUs.org. Jay also founded the Domain Roundtable event in 2005. In 2007 Jay served as the secretary of the ICANN Registrars Constituency.
