• 1997: NIC Chile introduces conflicts resolution dispute methodology
• 2000: ICANN confirms delegation of .cl to NIC Chile
• 2001/Nov: First revocation resolved with the referee controversy system
• 2005/Aug: NIC Chile introduces IDN for .cl
• 2005/Dec: NIC Chile, ISC and LACNIC collaborates to introduce F root server into Santiago/Chile
• 2006/Aug: NIC Chile reaches 150.000 registered domains
• 2007/Mar: NIC Chile introduces the first IDN script language definition for IANA
