Philip F Johnson, President of ISOC Liberia Chapter, the national chapter of the Internet Society. ISOC Liberia is also a member of the ALAC.

Mr. johnson is an energetic results-oriented leader with proven success at leveraging technology for competitive advantage. I have the ability to drive high quality, technically complex initiatives from conception to delivery. I have an exceptional leadership, partnering skills and ability . Secondly, I have for more than seven years; been involved in the advocacy for Internet technology Development in Liberia. My involvement has provided me with a deep institutional knowledge of the Internet ecosystem, including ICANN and other related institutions.

In addition, I have done extensive courses with many learning institutions both online and offline , including Diplo Foundation in Diplomacy and Internet Governance and technology. I am a graduate of The Next Generation Internet Leaders Program and have participated in other Leadership development training with regards to ICT/Internet Development.. I have also done other internet communication based courses, Web2.0 and Social Media for Development and future of the Internet with the ITU Academy.

I have the desire to play regional and global leadership role in Internet development and access.
