ICANN 46 was held in Beijing, China between April 7th and April 11th, 2013. The meeting was jointly hosted by the China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), the China Organizational Name Administration Center (CONAC), and the Internet Society of China (ISC) at the Beijing International Hotel[3].
Key developments
Central topics of the meeting revolved around the new gTLD application process, including the GAC advice on the gTLD process that the committee had agreed on just before the week was through[1]. Newer versions of the RAA and the Registry Agreement were both published for public comment[2].
