== Origins ==
 NETIM is an [[ICANN]] accredited French registrar - member of the [[RIPE NCC|RIPE]] - created in 2004 by Bruno VINCENT. The company is now based in Lille.

== Evolution ==
The year of its creation NETIM obtained accreditation in Belgium, France and Switzerland. This first step allowed the company to fully manage domain names registrations in French speaking countries.

In 2006, the company started its accreditation process across Europe and became accredited in all European countries. Three years later, NETIM launched its reseller program in order to allow major Internet industry players to register and manage their domains portfolio with a high-quality service. The same year, NETIM became ICANN-accredited allowing the company to be an official recognized as an official domain name registrar.

In 2012 the society created a subsidiary FranceDNS, a registrar dedicated to French speaking countries’ extensions. 2014 with the launch of the new generic TLDs, NETIM presented a new optimized website displaying its largest offers with over '''900 extensions''' available to registration.
