==Career History==
Noah is the [[IP Peering]] Coordinator at [[SEACOM]], a Pan-African Submarine Network Services Provider where he coordinates and manages all SEACOM’s private and public peering arrangements across SEACOM’s Global [[IP/MPLS]] Network.
He has trained computer network engineers for capacity-building organizations across Africa, such as Africa Network Operators Group ([[AFNOG]]), the Tanzania Network Operators Group ([[tzNOG]]), and [[TEN School of Tech]].
