He has collaborated with many international organizations for development projects, and speaking and training programs. He has collaborated with:
* International Telecoms Union ([[ITU]])
* The Commonwealth Telecoms Organisation ([[CTO]])
* The Asia Pacific Telecommunity ([[APT]])
* The Pacific Telecoms Council ([[PTC]])

He was also involved in advising multinational clients in relation to their participation in the Multimedia Super Corridor ([[MSC]]) Project and was particularly involved in two out of the seven initial [[MSC]] Flagship Projects in Malaysia.
