With over 10 years of experience in the domain and hosting industry, he is an expert on domain names and the hosting market: he regularly attends ICANN meetings and other industry meetings and conferences and has also been featured as a speaker at several domain and hosting-related events around the world.

Prior to joining Afilias Cetraro worked at Denmark-based ICANN-accredited Registrar Ascio Technologies inc. as Product Manager and Registry Relations Manager.

He describes himself as a strong advocate of open-source software as an instrument to overcome the digital divide and to allow an equal distribution of resources among the people of the world.
