Thu Hue Nguyen is the founder and executive director of [[Vietnet-ICT]], an NGO that promotes the use of technology by women in Vietnam. In 2008, Hue was appointed Asian Representative of [[ICANN]]'s advisory committee. She is the former country representative and legal specialist for the Global Internet Policy Initiative (GIPI) in Vietnam.
