Brahim ousmane mustapha holds a Bachelor Degree in Project Management and Development in the field of ICT. As a certified network and systems administrator, Brahim worked for 5 years at the Ministry of Finance in Chad.

He is currently a system administrator of Customs- ‘’Projet Système Douanier Automatise ‘’ (SYDONIA Tchad), where he has been responsible for the infrastructure of the interconnections of Customs offices located in the different regions of the country. Brahim has participated in the IXP workshop organized, under the AXIS project, in Chad in October 2014.
