Allen Grogan is the Chief Contract Compliance Officer, where he oversees Contractual Compliance and Consumer Safeguards. Prior to this position Grogan served as ICANN's Chief Contracting Counsel, beginning in May of 2013.[1]

Education

Mr. Grogan earned in J.D. from the University of Southern California in 1979, the same school from which he earned his M.A. in communications management. He earned his undergraduate degree from Oberlin College.

Career History

Mr. Grogan began his legal career at Irell & Manella LLP as an associate. After less than two years, he moved on to Blanc Williams Johnston & Kronstadt where he spent 19 years and became partner.

After almost two decades heading the high technology focuses of Blanc Williams Johnston & Kronstadt, he spent six years as the VP of Corporate Development and General Counsel at Viacore, Inc., a B2B supply chain solution company.
