In 1984 Mr. Grogan co-founded The Computer and Internet Lawyer, the leading professional journal devoted to legal issues relating to the computer and online industries and served as its co-editor-in-chief for fifteen years.  Mr. Grogan has also served on the editorial boards of The Cyberspace Lawyer and The Journal of Internet Law.
