IT system programmer, works at Kaunas University of Technology (Lithuania), Information Technology Department ,Head of Internet Service Center. Main work is to maintain infrastructure of domain name registration services, care of all possible problems, realtions with Registrars, Internet service providers, new produts, new services. Attending ICANN meetings from 1999, member of CENTR (Council of European Top Level Domain Registries)
