ICANN 56 is a forthcoming ICANN Meeting. The meeting was initially scheduled to take place in Panama City, Panama in June 2016, but as a result of an outbreak of the Zika virus in Central America, ICANN announced that the meeting would move to a different country.[1] ICANN plans on returning to Panama City for a future meeting.

The conference will occur June 27-30, 2016 in Helsinki, Finland at the Finlandia Hall Ltd. It will be Göran Marby's first ICANN conference as CEO and President.
