Assistant research Fellow in Taiwan Institute of Economic Research. One of MSGs in Taiwan IGF. Doing research with internet governance and interested in e-commerce, privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity. Also interested in digital government and open government data. I was in an open data initiative several years ago.
