Aaron Hickmann is the Sr. Director of Operations, Service Delivery, and Support at ICANN.
Career
Hickmann was the Director of GDD Operations at ICANN from December 2013 to July 2020.[1][2] He was responsible for the management of the EBERO program and the Trademark Clearinghouse among other things. [3]
Education
Hickmann has a bachelor's in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master's in IT business administration from California Lutheran University.[4]
Fun Fact
Mr. Hickmann's first ICANN meeting was ICANN 49 in Singapore.[1]
