Aguibou Barry is the Inspector General at Ministere des Postes Telecommunication et de Economie Numerique in Guinea where he provides oversight on the Registry and Registrar functions. [1] Outside of his involvement at ICANN Meetings, of which he's attended 5, Barry is also involved with the IGF and Guinea Internet Registration Association. [2]
