Andrey Vorobyev (also Vorobiev) is the Head of External Relations and Communications at RU-CENTER, Russia's leading domain registrar. He also gives legal support to Internet projects.
Since 2004, he has been a Member of the Advisory Council for the Regional Public Center of Internet Technologies (ROCIT), Member of the Expert Council of the Award for the contribution to the national segment of the Internet (Runet Prize), and since 2005, a Member of the Administration for the Russian Association for Electronic Communications (RAEC).
