He was previously a Member of the Board of [[CENTR]], having served as Chair from 2006 to 2010. Bartosiewicz served as Head of Delegation of the Polish Government to the International Telecommunication Union ([[ITU]]) and Chairman and Rapporteur of the ITU-T Study Group from 2005 to 2009. He was also a Member of the Domain Arbitration Committee at the Polish Chamber of Informatics and Telecommunication ([[PIIT]]) from 2002 until 2003.
