He was previously a Member of the Board of CENTR, having served as Chair from 2006 to 2010. From 2001 to 2010, he was Director of the .pl registry, NASK.[3] He was also acting as a member of ICANN's Incident Response Working Group and has been a part of ISOC Poland since 2000.
Bartosiewicz served as Head of Delegation of the Polish Government to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and Chairman and Rapporteur of the ITU-T Study Group from 2005 to 2009.
