Gloria Patricia Meneses is a colombian software developer and Internet activist who works for different organizations that defend the Internet. She is a part of the RedPaTodos Collective, is part of the NPOC at ICANN, and is involved with the Internet governance activities at Karisma Foundation. As a part of her contribution to RedPaTodos and Karisma, she is part of a multistakeholder group that discusses Internet Governance and regulations in Colombia.[1]

Consultant about Internet governance. Supporting net neutrality, Internet privacy and campaigns against mass surveillance. Frequently sponsored by this foundation to participate as civil society in global discussions about Internet regulation like IGF (Internet Governance Forum) in 2013, 2014 and 2015, LACIGF (Latinamerican and Caribbean Internet Governance Forum) in 2013, 2014 and 2015 and the first version of Net Mundial.
ICANN experience
ICANN 51 in Los Angeles was Meneses's first ICANN Meeting, where she was an ICANN Fellow.[1]
