James Kindiga is the Assistant Secretary General of Kenya's Communications and Information Department.[1] He is a delegate from Kenya to UNESCO and a member of The Kenya National Commission for UNESCO. He was a participant at the International Bioethics Committee of UNESCO.[2]
James Kindiga was a participant at the WSIS.[3] He was also at attendee at the ICANN's Marrakesh meeting in 2006.[4]
