Jesus Rivera is the Head of International Research Division at Conatel, Venezuela, where he is the administrative contact to the IANA. He serves as the contact point with regulators on telecommunications matters.[1]
He is involved with ICANN and internet governance through through CcNSO and the ITU. ICANN 48 in Buenos Aires was his first ICANN meeting.[1]
