Jillian Mertsch began working with British Telecom's Washington, D.C. in 2003, and has since relocated to London to work as the Strategy & Operations Manager at BT Global Services.[1] Her prior roles there include Vice President of U.S. Government Affairs. Jillian began as an Intern at BT but has been promoted a number of times.[2] She has an interest in promoting the success of ICANN's ISP Constituency,[3] and has become involved therein.[4]
