Jorge Raul Cahanas (Acevedo) is the Administrative Contact at Nic.py, which is the organization that manages and operates Paraguay's .py ccTLD. He is a member of the LACNIC´s Electoral Commission, his term began in 2009 at the LACNIC XII[1] and will end in 2012.[2] He is also the director general of the National Computing Centre at the National University of Asuncion.[3][4]

Mr. Raul was an interviewer for the LAMP in 2002.[5]

He attends ICANN meetings, LACNIC meetings, and LACTLD meetings.[6][7][8][9][10][11]
