Joseph Mandjolo Mush applied to be the ccTLD manager for the Democratic Republic of the Congo's .cd in February, 2008.[1] Management of the ccTLD has since been passed to the Congo's Department of Post and Telecommunications, the OCPT.[2] Mr. Mandjolo continues to work as the Chief IT officer within the OCPT,[3] and has travelled as a Fellow to multiple ICANN Conferences.[4]
