I am a male of 25 years of age from the island nation of Kiribati. Born and raise in a relatively low standard country in which the Internet a young entity which gain mainstream public usage only 3-4 years ago. I have a background in Computer science and information system by way of holding a Bachelor degree from the University of the South Pacific.  Now I am currently working for the Government's Ministry of Information, Communication, Transport and Tourism Development as ICT Officer.
