Mark J. Elkins is a Founding Member of ARC, the African Registry Consortium, and a Founding Member and current Director within AfriNIC.[1][2] He is also the Owner of Posix Systems.[3] He is also an associate at NetDay Association and a Member at ISOC.[4]
