Rick Koeller has been the Manager of the Project Management Office at CIRA (Canadian Internet Registration Authority) since November 2010. He has over fifteen years of experience managing large infrustrature and application projects and programs, in a variety of fields.[1]
He is also involved with ICANN through the DSSA Working Group.[2]
