Roopinder (Singh) Perhar is the secretary of the Internet Service Providers Association of India.[1][2]
Mr. Singh has been an army man for almost 26 years. He has been the COO of Tulip Telecom and has been involved in Telecom Committees with the Planning Commission.[3]
